From our mansion among olive trees you can have a spectacular view of Riviera di Levante Gulf and the mouth of the Magra River. The architecture of our villa is typically Ligurian even if it is situated on the border between Liguria and Tuscany.
At your disposal you have.

Bedrooms

One is on the ground floor looking over a garden. You can easily reach the courtyard and pergola where a table and some comfortable loungers can be used. Inside there is déco furniture and yellow ochre is the prevailing colour. A private bathroom with a shower and television set are at your disposal. There is a second room on the first floor at the other end of the house. You can go by using internal stairs, otherwise you can reach the room from the garden, where a parking area and a loggia are located. As soon as you enter the house there is a passage where you can see thedoor of the batroom, then after passing under an arc, you enter the bedroom from the window of which you can have a fantastic view of Val di Magra, Castelnuovo medieval tower to the sea. In the room there a satellite television and, if you like, air-conditioning. Both rooms are sea-oriented and can be rented as twin-bedded or double room. It is also possible to add a third bed in both of them

Breakfast

You must have breakfast without being in a hurry when you are on holiday, consequently there is no timetable: you can have it at any time.
Our menu is remarkable because you can have a lot of local “specialities”,such as
Oily and salty flat bread, vegetable tarts,jams and cakes which are home-made.
The Oil used for our “bruschetta” is a selected produce which has been certified by Regione Liguria Buon Olio Project.

Information

According to our guests’requirements we are able to suggest itineraries or can supply with brochure, magazines and, if necessary, with literary texts.

Supplementary services

• It is possible to stay more days and a laundry service is offered.

• You can use the kitchen without overcharging.

• A bottle of cool water and some glasses are always available in the room.

• The parking area is situated in our olive grove.
